• Productivity and Financial Data (Manually Entered): Working hours and transportation/gas expenses entered manually by you. We do not access or link to your bank accounts.

2. Use of Third-Party Services

To operate, maintain, and improve Wallo, we use trusted third-party technology services that may process data under strict security standards:

• Supabase and Firebase (Google Cloud): Used for secure data storage, databases, and user management.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain Wallo's core features.
• Facilitate community connections among au pairs (such as displaying your position on the map).
• Manage your account, work hours, and manual expense tracking.
• Process payments and subscriptions securely through RevenueCat and Apple's official gateways.
• Send technical notices, updates, or support responses.

4. Children's Privacy

Wallo is primarily designed for au pairs (generally adults), but can be used by a general audience aged 12 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn we have collected personal information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will delete that information immediately.

5. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Your Rights and Control

You can manage your location permission settings directly through your iOS device settings at any time. You also have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
